Regarding visual content creation (photography and video) and website/software development services, Jamal Williams / JW Insight retains the full copyright of all final images, videos, websites, and software.

For Event packages, a license is granted to the client for business marketing and promotional use upon full payment. Extended commercial usage licenses may be available upon request.

We retain the right to use the work created for clients for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Automated SMS Messages

If you opt-in to receive automated SMS messages from us, the following terms apply:

Program Name: JW Insight SMS program

Program Description: Appointment reminders, promotional offers, and service updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to help@jwinsightagency.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment terms for services will be detailed in individual client contracts. Generally, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance may be due according to a schedule outlined in the contract. We use Stripe, PayPal, and Zelle for secure payment processing.

15. Client Obligations or Cooperation Requirements

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and access to required resources for the project’s completion. This may include providing brand assets, text content, and attending consultations.

16. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date, as specified in the individual contract.

17. Treatment of Confidential Information

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business data, marketing strategies, and client content.

18. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond that party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government regulation.
